Why don't you offer a CMS?
Because most business owners don't want one. They just want their website updated quickly, properly, and without fuss. A CMS means learning a new tool, risking broken layouts, and spending time you don't have. We handle all updates by email — faster, cleaner, and less stressful.
What counts as a 'content update'?
Light content updates include text changes, image replacements, contact detail updates, and minor visual tweaks like colours or spacing. Adding or removing entire sections, or creating new pages, may require additional time and is billed at AU$100/hour.
What happens if I want to leave?
Either party can give written notice to end the service. If you want to take the website with you, the Full Ownership Option (AU$1,500) includes a complete codebase and infrastructure handover with documentation.
How long does a rebuild take?
A typical rebuild takes 1–2 weeks from the time we receive everything we need. You'll see a preview before anything goes live, so there are no surprises.
Do I need to provide content?
We'll work with what you have. If you have existing website content, we'll use it as a starting point. We can also suggest improvements to structure and copy as part of the rebuild process.
