1. Services
Anchor Network Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-assisted website design, rebuild, hosting, and managed update services for small and medium-sized businesses.
Our services are primarily focused on presentation-oriented websites, including static and light backend functionality.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the services do not include:
- Complex backend systems
- User account management
- E-commerce platforms
- SEO ranking guarantees
- Custom application development
2. Website Delivery & Acceptance
Websites are delivered via a preview URL for client review prior to launch.
Clients are required to review and provide feedback within five (5) business days.
If no feedback is received within this period, the website will be deemed accepted.
3. Managed Hosting & Maintenance
All websites are provided as a fully managed, hosted service, unless otherwise stated.
Hosting includes:
- Cloud infrastructure hosting
- Security updates
- Bug fixes related to the delivered website
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim to resolve issues within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Content Updates & Change Requests
4.1 Included Updates
Content updates are handled by our team to ensure quality, consistency, and security.
- Level 1 (Included): Up to two (2) light content updates per month
- Level 2 (Enhanced): Up to five (5) content updates per month, completed within 48 hours
Unused updates do not roll over to subsequent months.
4.2 Definition of Update Types
Light Content Updates include:
- Text changes or replacements
- Image replacements
- Contact details updates
- Minor visual adjustments (spacing, colours, banners)
Structural Adjustments include:
- Adding or removing sections
- Reordering page layouts
- Creating additional pages
New page requests or structural redesigns are not considered light updates and may require additional fees or a revised scope.
4.3 Additional Changes
Requests beyond the included monthly updates are charged at AU$100 per hour, billed in minimum increments of 0.5 hours, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Fees & Payment
Project fees, subscription fees, and payment terms will be outlined in the applicable invoice or statement of work.
Invoices are issued via Stripe. Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
We are currently not registered for GST.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly purchased as a buyout package:
- Website code, templates, and technical implementations are provided under a managed service model
- Clients retain ownership of content they provide (logos, text, images)
- We retain the right to reuse internal frameworks, components, and workflows
A full codebase and infrastructure handover is available as a paid upgrade.
7. Third-Party Services
Websites may rely on third-party services including hosting providers, analytics tools, fonts, or APIs.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the preceding three (3) months.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination, hosted websites may be taken offline unless a handover or migration arrangement has been agreed.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
